XWC5000X-S is a Wi- Fi 6 wireless roaming
client (CPE) based on the 802.11ax standard. This product adopts industrial
grade IPQ5000 chip, support 2.4GHz (2 × 2)+5.8GHz (2 × 2) dual band
simultaneous service, speed of up to 1.775Gbps. The hardware design of the
product meets intrinsic safety requirements, and the highly reliable power
multi-level protection and port protection design can ensure that it can work
in harsh industrial control environments for a long time.
This product has superior wireless coverage
performance, strong anti-interference ability, and supports millisecond level
Mesh seamless fast switching roaming technology and cascaded self-organizing
network technology, providing a stable communication environment with low
latency, high bandwidth, high concurrency, and fast roaming for wireless
communication. It is widely used in underground wireless communication systems.

antennas, supports dual RF 2.4GHz+5GHz simultaneous operation, with a maximum
speed of 575Mbps in the 2.4GHz band and 1.2Gbps in the 5GHz band, and a machine
speed of up to 1.775Gbps;
Support 1 × GE electrical interface (LAN),
1 × GE electrical interface (WAN), and optionally expand 5G Internet;
Supports 6KV overvoltage protection for
Ethernet interfaces, operating at a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to+75 ℃, fully
meeting industrial grade usage requirements;
The external antenna port supports 5KA
antenna feeder lightning protection;
Low power consumption design of the whole
machine, WIFI single machine full load power consumption ≤ 9W,extended 5G Internet full load power consumption ≤ 2W;

standard of IEEE802.11, which can improve user access capacity and bandwidth in
high-density access scenarios, reduce business latency, and enhance wireless
transmission experience;
Support 2.4GHz+5GHz dual band MU-MIMO,
enabling AP to simultaneously send data to multiple terminals, doubling the
utilization of wireless spectrum resources;
Supports 1024QAM modulation, with a 25%
increase in data transmission efficiency compared to 802.11ac;
Support OFDMA technology, transmit data to
multiple terminals using different subcarriers at the same time, reduce
latency, and improve network efficiency;
Support spatial multiplexing technology to
reduce co channel interference;
Support target wake-up time mechanism,
allowing AP and terminal to negotiate wake-up time, saving energy consumption
and conflicts;
Mesh flexible networking, fast and seamless
roaming and switching
Adopting advanced Mesh self-organizing
network technology, it ensures that the network will not disconnect after
device disconnection within the effective antenna coverage range, and also
supports wireless ring networks and hybrid networking. Fully supporting
802.11kvr routing node roaming switching technology, millisecond level
high-speed switching accelerates the rapid deployment of wireless networks and
channel switching selection, providing effective support for wireless mobile
communication solutions.
It is commonly used in patrol robots,
outdoor automatic driving, and auto drive system of mine trams to realize the
50 millisecond fast roaming function and real-time data transmission without
packet loss.
